If, for some reason, you are unhappy with your order, then Funtronics do allow for either a return or a refund. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

Length or Duration for Return and/or Refund

  • You have seven (7) Business Days upon which to return the item to our stores. The counting of the Business Day begins from the first day that you received the item from us. To ensure a successful return, please ensure that your item is in its original new condition and is in its original packaging. Please also ensure also to have on hand your Purchase Receipt
  • Items that return to our store promptly within the timeframe given would receive a 90% refund, provided that the item shows no signs of wear and tear and is in its original packaging.
  • If you return the item damaged, or out of its original packaging, then you, the customer, are subject to ONLY 50% refund of the cost price for the Service Fee.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping back to our address. Please see the Return address label for you to use.
  • There is a 10% Restocking fee for every item returned.

When or how do you receive your Refund?

  • A refund will be issued to you within three (3) Business Days upon completion of the Funtronics return process, which includes, but is not limited to, inspection and service of the returned item.
  • Refunds are sent via your Bank Account or PayPal. Please select how you are collecting your rebate on the Return form.
